The studio apartment is perched on the mountainside with a 180-degree view of False Bay towards Simonstown, Clovelly Golf Course and Chapman’s Peak. 64 on Clovelly studio is accessed via several stone stairs and a wooden staircase. The space features a multi-terraced indigenous garden, braai (barbeque) facilities and a perfect spot to enjoy quiet sundowners outdoors.
